From the Beaches to the Baker County line, routed from one dispatch board
Cook's is headquartered in Palm Coast, so the Jacksonville service area is a set of routes we drive on purpose, not a radius drawn around an office that doesn't exist.

The city itself: core, Arlington, Southside, Mandarin, Northside
Jacksonville has been a consolidated city-county since 1968, which makes it enormous. We split it into sectors. The historic core along the river: Riverside and Avondale, Springfield, Murray Hill, Ortega, San Marco. Arlington and the 1950s-60s ranch neighborhoods east of the Mathews Bridge. The Southside: Baymeadows, Deerwood, the Town Center area and Intracoastal West. Mandarin south of the Buckman Bridge. The Northside: Brentwood, Oceanway and the newer subdivisions toward the Dames Point Bridge. Each gets its own route days so a technician isn’t crossing the river four times before lunch.
The Beaches and Amelia Island
Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Mayport and Ponte Vedra Beach form one sector; Fernandina Beach and the rest of Amelia Island form another. Both are salt-air territory, and both are further from Palm Coast than downtown, which the dispatcher accounts for when quoting a time.
Nassau’s I-95 corridor: Yulee, Callahan, Bryceville
Yulee and the Wildlight development are the fastest-growing part of the territory, full of post-2015 houses on their first systems. Callahan sits at the US 1 / US 301 / A1A junction, and Bryceville is rural, on US 301, with manufactured homes and wells. These three run as a Nassau day.
West on I-10: Baldwin, Macclenny, Glen St. Mary, Sanderson
Baldwin is a rail-junction town at I-10 and US 301, an enclave inside the city limits. Macclenny is the Baker County seat on US 90; Glen St. Mary is a few minutes west of it; Sanderson is further out along US 90 with its own I-10 access. These are the longest drives on the board, 20 to 38 miles beyond downtown, and we cluster them so a single Macclenny call becomes a Baker County day.
How the drive is scheduled
Every Jacksonville call starts at 37 Fairmont Ln in Palm Coast, 60 miles and about 74 minutes from the Main Street Bridge. Routine work is booked by sector so the technician stays in one part of the territory. Emergencies go to the nearest available truck, with the real ETA stated up front. No trip charge, no after-hours fee, and no pretending about the geography.
The tiles below are the area pages: one for each sector of the city and one for each folded town.
Coverage questions
Is Hilliard too far north to be covered?
It’s at the edge, but it’s on the board. Hilliard, Callahan and Yulee are grouped into Nassau route days, and the dispatcher will give you the honest window for the drive.
Do Ponte Vedra Beach addresses count as Jacksonville for scheduling?
For our purposes, yes. Ponte Vedra Beach sits with the Beaches on the same sector day as Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach.
Why are the Baker County towns grouped on the Jacksonville site?
Because they’re reached the same way: up I-95 and out I-10 from Palm Coast, on the same dispatch board as the Westside. Macclenny, Glen St. Mary and Sanderson get their own area page and their own route day.

Don't see your town?
Call anyway. If it's reachable from I-95 or I-10, there's a good chance it's on the board.
