What we collect

If you send the service request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, your town or neighborhood, the service you need and a note about the problem. The form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes it only to deliver it.

If you call or text 866-266-5709, your number and the content of the text are kept in our dispatch records so we can call you back and keep a service history for your address.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and keep records of work done at your property. We don’t sell your information and don’t add you to third-party mailing lists.

Server logs

Like every website, our host keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This site doesn’t use advertising trackers.

Questions or removal
