The company's Google reviews, and the Jacksonville section that follows once there are enough
A review from a 1920s house in Avondale says more to the next Avondale homeowner than one from a town an hour south. Google holds every Cook's review under one listing, though, so the office asks for them by market and will show a Jacksonville set here once it exists.

Why there is no separate Duval feed yet
Cook’s works a long stretch of the First Coast from one headquarters in Palm Coast, and Google ties every review to that one listing. A blended feed hides the questions a Jacksonville homeowner actually has: did the truck reach Mandarin on a Saturday in August, was the condenser at the Beaches specified for salt, did the technician explain the drain-line fix in a Springfield house whose ducts were an afterthought.
So the office asks every Jacksonville-area customer for a review and keeps count of the ones that name this market. The block below shows the company’s Google reviews in the meantime. When the Jacksonville set is large enough to be worth reading on its own, it gets its own section on this page.
Themes that repeat
No quotes here; the block below carries the actual words. Across the company’s reviews, the patterns are consistent:
- Fast response, more than once. Reviewers who have called Cook’s over several years say the second and third calls were handled as quickly as the first.
- Equipment chosen for the coast. Homeowners near salt water comment on systems built to take it, which is the same conversation the Beaches and the riverfront call for.
- Jerry and Sean by name. Jerry turns up in reviews about new systems. Sean turns up in repair reviews for a calm, unhurried explanation of hard jobs like a coil replacement.
- Punctuality. Being on time and finishing without delays is mentioned plainly, which from 60 miles away is the point.

How we ask, and how we don’t
A technician may mention the review at the end of a visit. The office may text a link once. That is the entire process. Nobody is paid, discounted or entered into a drawing for a review, because a bought review would make this page useless to the next reader and would violate Google’s rules besides.
Negative reviews get a phone call from the office, not a public argument. Most of them end with a return trip and a fix.
Where the review block comes from
The block beneath this copy is pulled from Google, where all of Cook’s reviews sit under the company’s single Palm Coast listing. A Jacksonville-only section will be added here once enough local customers have written theirs. Add yours and it will get there faster.
Questions about this page
I live in Yulee. Does my review count toward a Jacksonville section?
Yes. Yulee, Callahan, Bryceville, Baldwin and the Baker County towns are dispatched on the Jacksonville board, so when the office tallies reviews from Jacksonville-area customers, yours is in it. On Google itself every review lands on the single Cook’s listing.
How soon after a job does the review request arrive?
Usually the same day. The technician may ask in person as the paperwork is signed, and the office may follow with a text that carries a direct link. One request, not a campaign.
Can I leave a review somewhere other than Google?
You can, and we read them wherever they land, but Google is what this page pulls from and what the next Jacksonville homeowner is most likely to see. If you want to write it elsewhere too, go ahead.
Reviews from Jacksonville customers will appear here. Cook's is collecting Google reviews by market so that what you read on this page comes from your own neighbors.
In the meantime, the company-wide reviews are on the Cook's main site.
Had a truck at your place?
Say so on Google, by neighborhood if you can. Or call if the job wasn't right.
